Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please ensure you have selected the correct items before completing your order.

Hygiene & Returns Eligibility

Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of all products sold by So Hair Collection (including wigs, bundles, closures, and hair extensions), we cannot accept returns once the original packaging has been opened, broken, or tampered with.
This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

You may request a return only if the item is completely unopened, unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return for eligible items.

Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect or not as described, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you.

Inspection Process

All returned items go through a strict inspection process to confirm that the original packaging remains fully intact. Refunds or exchanges can only be issued once this inspection is completed and the item has passed our hygiene and quality checks.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

How to Request a Return

Returns should only be sent back once we have approved the request and provided the return address and label. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an unopened item, the fastest method is to request a return and, once approved, place a new order.
