Delivery Information
- UK Standard Shipping: Estimated 2-4 working days - £5.99
- UK Priority Shipping: Estimated 1-2 working days - £6.99
- Europe: Estimated 2-11 working days - £17.99
- Rest of World: Estimated 3-17 working days - £29.99
Free UK Delivery on all orders over £250.
All orders are dispatched via DPD for reliable and secure shipping.
Important Information
- Pre-Order Season: Please note, delivery may take 14-20 working days during pre-order periods.
- Klarna Orders: Please allow an additional 7 working days for processing when using Klarna.
Additional Information
We’ll be travelling abroad for a major stock restock from Thursday 22nd January to 2nd February 2026.
Orders placed during this time will still be accepted; however, they will be shipped directly from our factory abroad and processed once we return to the UK.
During this period, please allow a maximum delivery time of 5–10 working days.

Christmas & New Years Day Delivery
To guarantee UK delivery in time for Christmas or New Year, orders must be placed before 12pm on 19th December. Orders placed after this time are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas or New Years Day.
International delivery timeframes may vary depending on destination. Please note there will be no international collections on 25th December and 1st January, which may result in delays during this period.
Please be aware that courier delays are outside of Pink Honey’s control. We aim to dispatch all orders in line with DPD’s recommended delivery timeframes where possible.
